Stay on top of your plans without being overwhelmed by unnecessary notifications. Now you can choose which Slack notifications to receive and where to send them. Keep your team's Slack channels clean by routing key notifications directly to the right channels or to individual DMs.
Once a plan is complete, you may not want your customers to access it anymore. With a simple toggle, you can now lock onboarding plans once they’re done, keeping customers focused on what matters and ensuring they don’t revisit outdated content.
A new toggle lets you block participants from resubmitting forms after a task is complete, helping you avoid unnecessary workflow triggers and keep customer data clean.
Fine-tuning your email notifications has never been easier. You can now set how many days after a task is overdue participants should be notified. Customize the experience for your team and ensure that follow-ups happen exactly when you need them.
Easily share onboarding plans with your customers directly from HubSpot emails and snippets using our new clickable Plan Link property. It’s perfect for making your plans accessible with just one click, right from your customer communications.
