Your onboarding plans are the customer-facing portion of your process; they are an extension of your business!
The customer-facing emails sent from Arrows are intended to keep customers on track, even when you’re not around.
The goal is always to get customers back to your plan so they can continue to make progress, especially when a task is overdue.
Now you can create custom email domains so that said reminder emails come from YOU instead of us!
So if your business is Acme Co., your email domain might be something like onboarding@acmeco.com and can have a sender name such as Onboarding Team.
Now when these automated nudges get sent, your customers will quickly realize they are from YOU and get right back to the tasks at hand!
Your customers don’t care what tool you are using to manage your onboarding plans. They just want to know what to do and how to do it.
And because your onboarding plans are the customer-facing portion of your process, they should really feel like an extension of your business
When you set up a custom domain for your plans, the URL will also now be an extension of YOUR business… something like onboarding.acmeco.com
When you share a plan with your customers, they’ll know exactly who it’s from and feel comfortable clicking the link because it’s just another sub-domain of your actual website!
