How do Arrows onboarding plans work?

This gives your customer-facing teams shared visibility into onboarding progress and insights, and gives your customers an easy-to-follow path to success with your product. What's a "plan" in Arrows?

A "plan" is the set of steps sent to each customer specifically for them. For example, a plan could include a set of questions that a customer will answer, or a set of tasks that a customer will complete on their journey to success.

Does Arrows integrate with any third-party apps?

Arrows has a native best-in-class integration with HubSpot and Salesforce which allows you to manage your Arrows plans and all data from within the CRM. Within Arrows tasks you’re able to directly embed other tools like Calendly, HubSpot meetings, PandaDoc, Loom, Google Docs, Typeform, and many more!

Do my customers need to create a login to access their Arrows plan?

We've designed Arrows to be as seamless as possible for your customers to access their plans and ultimately complete their assigned tasks. That means we do not require external participants to create a username and password to access Arrows. Instead, they’ll simply be prompted to confirm their email address so your team knows who has access to the plan.

Do I need to have a specific HubSpot or Salesforce plan in order to integrate with Arrows?

Arrows onboarding plans connect to HubSpot deals, tickets, service, and custom objects and Salesforce opportunities and cases. Deals, tickets, and services are included in the free version of HubSpot, while custom objects are only available on HubSpot enterprise tiers.

To use Arrows data with more advanced HubSpot features like sequences and workflows, you would need a paid account.

We typically recommend utilizing either Sales Hub Professional or Service Hub Professional in order to get the most out of Arrows.
