      How does Arrows work?

      Arrows creates personalized, AI-powered pages for every prospect and customer to let your team share milestones, buyer resources, meeting summaries, onboarding tasks, and more with just one link.

      What's a "plan" in Arrows?

      A "plan" is the set of steps sent to each customer specifically for them. For example, a plan could include a set of questions that a customer will answer, or a set of tasks that a customer will complete on their journey to success.

      What's a "room" in Arrows?

      A "room" is a dynamic page integrated with your HubSpot deals that enable your sellers to share key resources, send next meeting info, track milestones, and get real-time alerts via Slack and updates directly on the deal timeline in HubSpot.

      Rooms can be edited and published directly through HubSpot, allowing you to customize each room for individual prospects—and you can add multiple rooms as needed.

      What's a "template" in Arrows?

      A "template" is a pre-defined, reusable set of steps that can be copied to create new plans or rooms. You can create as many templates as you need, and then use them to create individual plans or rooms for your customers.

      Does Arrows integrate with any third-party apps?

      Arrows has a native best-in-class integration with HubSpot which allows you to manage your Arrows plans and rooms and all data from within HubSpot.

      Within Arrows tasks you’re able to directly embed other tools like Calendly, HubSpot meetings, PandaDoc, Loom, Google Docs, Typeform, and many more!

      Do my customers need to create a login to access their Arrows plan or room?

      We've designed Arrows to be as seamless as possible for your customers to access their plans and rooms. That means we do not require external participants to create a username and password to access Arrows. Instead, they’ll simply be prompted to confirm their email address so your team knows who has access to the plan or room.

      Do I need to have a specific HubSpot plan in order to integrate with Arrows?

      Arrows plans connect to HubSpot deals, tickets, or custom objects. Deals and tickets are both included in the free version of HubSpot, while custom objects are only available on HubSpot enterprise tiers.

      Arrows sales rooms connect to HubSpot deals. Deals are included in the free version of HubSpot.

      To use Arrows data with more advanced HubSpot features like sequences and workflows, you would need a paid account.

      We typically recommend utilizing either Sales Hub Professional or Service Hub Professional in order to get the most out of Arrows.

      What kind of payment options do you accept?

      We accept credit card payments via Stripe. If you need another arrangement, please contact our team at help@arrows.to.

      Do I have to pay annually?

      No, Arrows can be paid for on a monthly basis (cancel any time) or upfront for a year. If you pay for a year upfront, you'll receive a discount!

      What currency are your prices listed in?

      All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD).
