How does Arrows work?
Arrows creates customer-facing onboarding plans that attach to your HubSpot deal or ticket records. This gives your customer-facing teams shared visibility into onboarding progress and insights, and gives your customers an easy-to-follow path to success with your product.
What's a "plan" in Arrows?
A "plan" is the set of steps sent to each customer specifically for them. For example, a plan could include a set of questions that a customer will answer, or a set of tasks that a customer will complete on their journey to success.
What's a "template" in Arrows?
A "template" is a pre-defined, reusable set of steps that can be copied to create new plans. You can create as many templates as you need, and then use them to create plans for your customers.
How can I get started with Arrows?
You can sign up for a free Arrows account in just a few clicks! You'll be able to build out your own template to see what your process would look like in Arrows and have limited access to the HubSpot integration.

Does Arrows integrate with any third-party apps?
Arrows has a native integration with HubSpot which allows you to manage your Arrows plans and data all from within HubSpot. Within Arrows tasks you’re able to directly embed other tools like Calendly, PandaDoc, Loom, Google Docs, and many more!
Do I need to have a specific HubSpot plan in order to integrate with Arrows?
Arrows plans connect to HubSpot deals or tickets, which are both included in the free version of HubSpot. To use Arrows data with more advanced HubSpot features like sequences and workflows, you would need a paid account.
What kind of payment options do you accept?
We accept credit card payments via Stripe. If you need another arrangement, please contact our team at help@arrows.to.
Do I have to pay annually?
No, Arrows can be paid for on a monthly basis (cancel anytime) or upfront for a year. If you pay for a year upfront, you'll receive a discount!
Do my customers need to create a login to access their Arrows plan?
We've designed Arrows to be as seamless as possible for your customers to access their plans and ultimately complete their assigned tasks. That means we do not require external participants to create a username and password to access Arrows. Instead, they’ll simply be prompted to confirm their email address so your team knows who has access to the plan.
