Managing customer onboarding can often feel like a juggling act—making sure your customers are progressing, collecting critical information, and staying on top of key milestones.
It’s crucial to keep everything moving smoothly, but that’s easier said than done.
That’s why we’re excited to announce the new Arrows App Cards in HubSpot! 🎉
These new app cards bring your most essential onboarding data right into your HubSpot records, making it easier for your team to track customer progress, access key documents, and manage critical form submissions—all from a single place.
The new Arrows app cards are designed to give onboarding teams instant access to the most important customer data right inside HubSpot.
Whether you're tracking onboarding progress, reviewing files uploaded by customers, or collecting critical intake data through forms, you can now find everything you need in one place—right inside your HubSpot deals, tickets, or custom objects.
Let's take a look at how these app cards can help streamline your onboarding process:
Keeping your team and customers aligned on onboarding progress has never been easier.
One of the new app cards shows a visual progress bar inside your HubSpot records, giving everyone on your team a clear view of where each customer stands.
You can quickly check the status at a glance, and if you need more detail, you can open the full Arrows plan to dive deeper into engagement data.
No more jumping between tools or guessing where customers are in their journey.
The progress bar keeps everything visible, so you can stay proactive and help your customers hit their milestones.
Managing file uploads during onboarding can be a hassle—especially when those files are scattered across different tools.
Now, with the file submissions app card, you can see and download any files that customers upload during the onboarding process, right from your HubSpot records.
Whether you’re collecting brand guidelines, important documents, or other assets, everything is stored where your team is already working, making file management much more straightforward and keeping everything in sync.
Onboarding often requires collecting some sort of information through forms, and now that data is easier to access than ever.
With the new form submission app card, you can view all Arrows form submissions directly in HubSpot without having to sync data to individual properties.
This helps keep your onboarding data organized and readily available when you need it, reducing the back-and-forth between tools and improving the flow of information for your team.

Note: you'll need someone with super admin permissions in HubSpot in order to set these up.
→ In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
→ In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations > Connected apps.
→ Click Actions on the app that you want to add cards from, then select Go to settings.
→ You'll now see all the different app cards that are available to you.
→ Click the Add to [object] link to navigate to the customization page for that object.
→ On the object customization page, click the name of the view you want to edit.
