  5. Copy the ready-to-send email (or make quick tweaks if needed)

Still want to customize the follow-up email? You can edit the subject line or body text manually or regenerate with specific instructions like "make it shorter" or "emphasize our security features".

How to get started

One click follow-ups are available now for all Arrows sales rooms customers. From any HubSpot deal with an open sales room, simply:

  1. Click on “Open Room” on the Arrows sales room app card (here's a step-by-step on how to set the card up in case you haven't already)
    1. From the sales room app card on your deal, you can click on the available 'Send follow up' option to go straight to the existing room and copy your suggested follow up email or make any quick tweaks if needed.
  2. Navigate to the "Send follow-up" tab within the room
  3. Choose the suggested follow-up type
  4. Copy recipients, subject line, and the text to your email provider
  5. Your follow-up email is ready to be sent!
