You just finished a great first call with a prospect. They’re excited, they’re taking it back to their team—but now what?

If next steps aren’t clear, deals can stall. Instead of waiting for them to follow up, send them a personalized page with everything they need to keep moving forward.

With Arrows Sales Rooms, you can automatically create a tailored space for each prospect at the right moment. Here’s how to set it up in HubSpot:

Here’s how it works:

Pre-work:

  • Make sure you have a sales room template created in your Arrows account
  • Use clear deal stages in your HubSpot pipeline to track sales progression. In this example, we’ll create a sales room when a deal moves from our "Meeting Scheduled" stage.

Workflow setup:

1. Trigger the workflow when a deal moves out of "Meeting Scheduled" in your sales pipeline.

This ensures every deal that advances gets its own Arrows Sales Room automatically.

2. Use an if/then branch to create different rooms based on the customer segment

For example, segment deals based on whether they’re SMB or Enterprise, or by deal size.

3. For each customer segment or branch in your workflow, use the Create Arrows room workflow action to create an Arrows sales room.

4. Inside the workflow action, select the Arrows template you want to use for each customer segment and add the right customer name and website URL.

You're all set! Now, when a new prospect moves out of your Meeting Scheduled deal stage, Arrows will automatically create a new digital sales room that's personalized for them.
