Your customers are doing the work: completing tasks, booking calls, signing contracts, uploading docs.

Now, you can turn those moments into powerful internal triggers inside HubSpot.

With task completion actions, every completed task in Arrows can:

→ Update a HubSpot property
→ Create an internal task in HubSpot

This means fewer manual steps, stronger internal handoffs, and more reliable HubSpot workflows - all powered by the work your customers are already doing in Arrows.

Let's get into it!

🛠️ Note: task completion actions are only available on Arrows Business and Enterprise tiers for onboarding plans.

Automatically update HubSpot properties when a task is completed

Every time a task is completed in Arrows, you can set one or more HubSpot properties on the associated record (deal, ticket, etc.).

This gives you a lightweight way to sync onboarding progress back into HubSpot; perfect for powering reports, triggering workflows, and giving your team more visibility.

Supported property types:

→ Date
→ Date and time
→ Checkbox
→ Radio
→ Dropdown

Here are a couple example use cases:

✅ Track time to kickoff booked

When your customer books their kickoff call in Arrows, automatically update a date property in HubSpot with the completion date.

You can use that property to report on how long it takes new customers to schedule their kickoff call, helping you spot delays and improve time to value.

✅ Track account setup progress

When a customer completes a “Create your account” task, update a radio select property like “Account created” to Yes.

You can then use that field to trigger follow-up workflows or filter onboarding reports by customers who’ve completed setup.

Trigger follow-up tasks for your team in HubSpot

You can also create a HubSpot task for your internal team as soon as a customer finishes a specific step.

With each HubSpot task, you can control:

→ Task title
→ Task type
→ Priority
→ Assignee (plan coordinator, task assignee, or a specific user)
→ Due date (based on task completion)
→ Description

Here are a couple example use cases to try:

🔁 Kick off internal design work

When a customer uploads their logo and brand guidelines, automatically create a HubSpot task for your designer to begin asset creation.

🔁 Provision account access after contract signing

When a customer completes a “Sign contract” or “Pay invoice” task, trigger a HubSpot task for the account manager to enable access or complete account setup.

What this unlocks

Before task completion actions, connecting customer activity in Arrows to internal actions in HubSpot required manual updates or complicated workarounds. Now, that connection is seamless, scalable, and built into every task.

This gives you:

→ Cleaner, more accurate CRM data
→ Stronger onboarding workflows
→ Tighter handoffs across teams
→ Less manual coordination
