We are constantly asking customers to send us files and documents throughout the onboarding journey.

Whether it’s a CSV file filled with data, brand logos, or signed documents, our goal is to make it as easy as possible for your onboarding participants to get those files over to you.

Arrows tasks can be used to do just that!

The Task request action type turns any task into a one-stop shop for file uploads.

Without leaving the task, a participant can…

1. upload multiple files at once
2. drag and drop files directly into the task
3. and, confidently see the upload progress!

The easier it is for your participants to complete this task, the more likely you are to get the files and documents you need to support them through the onboarding.
