Back in early 2022 when we first launched our HubSpot integration, Arrows onboarding plans could be associated with either HubSpot deals or tickets.
Since then, we've heard the feedback that many teams actually run their onboarding processes using HubSpot's custom objects.
We're excited to announce that you can now associate your Arrows onboarding plans with HubSpot custom objects, offering even more flexibility and customization in your customer onboarding journey.
In order to utilize custom objects with your Arrows plans, you'll need to be on an Enterprise pricing tier for both Arrows and HubSpot. Once you've set that up, you'll gain access to all of your available custom objects inside Arrows, allowing you to choose the object to which you'd like to sync Arrows data.
