Our strategic partnership with HubSpot, plus funding from Gradient Ventures

Today we’re announcing a strategic partnership with HubSpot, which includes an investment from HubSpot Ventures, just 11 months after launching Arrows in the HubSpot App Marketplace and quickly becoming one of their fastest growing apps.

About a year ago, we made a gutsy decision at Arrows. We decided to rip out the dashboard of Arrows (1/3 of the product!). Then we replaced all that functionality with a deep and robust HubSpot integration. 

Arrows provides easy-to-adopt onboarding plans with shared tasks, workflows, and reminders. These help your customers take action on the tasks you need them to complete during the most critical time in their journey. However, after months of talking to our early customers, it became clear that nobody wanted another data silo, and the ideal version of our product was an extension to the home of customer data: the CRM.

Enter: the HubSpot connected platform. 

But, you might be asking, why HubSpot? Focus is critical for startups. With such a massive product change, we knew we had to choose a single platform if we were going to have any chance of being successful with this direction. As extremely happy customers of HubSpot, and having witnessed their momentum in the market, we felt confident that we could bet our company on the growth of the HubSpot ecosystem.

This time last year, Arrows made a focused bet on the HubSpot platform. Now HubSpot is in return making a bet on Arrows.

We've got some big news...

Today we’re announcing a strategic partnership with HubSpot, which includes an investment from HubSpot Ventures, just 11 months after launching Arrows in the HubSpot App Marketplace and quickly becoming one of their fastest growing apps.

This funding was led by Gradient Ventures, Google’s AI-focused venture firm. As soon as they offered to double-down on their investment, we were thrilled to accept this vote of confidence in Arrows. They’ve been a helpful, and trusted partner. We’re also extremely happy to welcome GTMfund, Alumni Ventures, and Ride Home Ventures as new investors in Arrows.

This partnership and investment will enable Arrows to continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers, while also accelerating our growth and expanding our capabilities.

As part of the partnership, Arrows will continue to invest in its best-in-class integration on the HubSpot App Marketplace, allowing our customers to seamlessly integrate their customer onboarding data with Sales Hub and Service Hub. We will also be working closely with HubSpot’s team to develop new features and capabilities that will further enhance the customer experience.
