Here’s a fun fact—did you know that sending your customers an invite to their Arrows plan means they are >60% more likely to open the plan?

It’s one of the most impactful ways to drive customer engagement in your onboarding plans vs. just sending them a link.

Today we're launching three ways make your Arrows plans even more engaging:

   📝  Customize the text of your Arrows invite emails
   🎨  Better looking emails—a total refresh to match your brand
   🤖  Automate your invites with the HubSpot workflow action

Whether you manually invite customers or automate the whole process, just remember the best thing to drive engagement is sending some kind of invite. Start there and iterate on the copy to figure out what drives the most engagement.

📝 Customize the invite emails

There are two ways to send invites to your Arrows plans:

1. Manually, by clicking the “Share” button on any Arrows plan
2. Automatically, via the Arrows workflow action in HubSpot

Now you can edit all of your Arrows invite emails to include whatever information your customers need to get started with their onboarding plans!

Go to any template or plan in your account, open the settings, and find the customization option at the bottom of your settings. Here you can now also preview what the invite emails will look like, including any edits you make.

🎨  Better looking emails = more engaged customers

Not only did your invite emails become customizable, but every single email that Arrows sends got a major facelift. Now they better reflect your brand, making sure your logo looks great and using your brand color. They also align more closely with the design of the plan itself.

🤖  Automate your plan invites via HubSpot

The easiest and most consistent way to invite customers to your Arrows plans is to do it automatically via the Arrows workflow action.

When you create an Arrows plan via the workflow action in a HubSpot automation, there’s a checkbox to add all contacts as participants and another checkbox to send an automated invite email. Turn on both of these to make sure your contacts always receive an invite to the onboarding plan.

Note: automated invites will use all of the customizations you configure on your templates.
