Granola integration

Granola takes the notes. Arrows does the work after the call.

On its Business and Enterprise plans, Granola adds notes to the matching HubSpot contact, company, or deal, one at a time or automatically for a folder. Attio works much the same way, and Salesforce goes through Zapier for now. But a note on the record doesn’t write the follow-up or update the deal. Arrows connects to Granola directly and does that part, for your rep to approve.

What Granola sends to your CRM

Granola’s own sync, CRM by CRM, as its docs describe it in October 2026.

Before you count on the Granola sync

Straight from the Granola help docs: the cases where a call misses the CRM, gets there late, or arrives with less detail than you’d expect.

  • Nobody on the call matches a HubSpot or Attio record by email. Granola creates nothing in that case.
  • The note was in the folder before you turned on auto-share. Folder sync doesn’t go back.
  • The note is set to Private. Change its sharing setting first.
  • You sign in with a personal Gmail or Outlook.com account. The HubSpot integration needs Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • You didn’t click into the note during the call. Granola doesn’t transcribe until you do, so there’s nothing to sync.

The sync logs the call. Arrows works the deal.

Getting the call into the CRM is the easy part now. Someone still has to write the follow-up, update the deal, and decide the next step. That’s the part Arrows does. It reads each Granola call alongside the deal’s emails and CRM record, and keeps a gameplan for every deal.

  • The follow-up

Drafted from what the buyer said on the call, with the next step and its date.

  • The CRM update

Field updates from the call, written back to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, or Close once the rep approves.

  • The gameplan

A path to close for each deal, built on your team’s playbook. Every call updates it, so the next step is decided before a rep opens the deal.

  • Between calls

Research on a new stakeholder, multi-threading, and the nudge when a deal goes quiet: the work you wish your reps did on every deal.

Granola integration questions

Does Granola integrate with HubSpot?

Yes, on Granola’s Business and Enterprise plans. Granola adds each note to the matching HubSpot contact, company, or deal as a Meeting (the default) or a Note. That happens when you share the note, or automatically for a folder with auto-share on. It matches attendees by email, so a call with no matching record doesn’t sync.

Does Granola integrate with Salesforce?

Through Zapier today. Granola is rolling out a native Salesforce connector to selected workspaces, with a waitlist in its settings. The Zapier route needs a paid Granola plan and the desktop app, and it can create an Opportunity, Contact, or Task in Salesforce.

How does Granola connect to Arrows?

Directly, the same way Gong, Fathom, Grain, and Fireflies do. We set it up at your agent kickoff, along with your CRM, email, and calendar. Arrows gets the full transcript straight from Granola, even for a call that never syncs to your CRM, and it reads your Granola notes on the free Basic plan too.

Does Arrows replace Granola?

No, and we’d tell you to keep it. Arrows isn’t a notetaker. Granola captures the call. Arrows does the work after it: the follow-up, the CRM update, and the next step on the deal’s gameplan. Your rep approves each one before anything sends.
