Every deal knows what happens next

Arrows writes a gameplan for every deal from your playbook and everything said on it. When the buyer emails or a call ends, the plan changes, and the work for the next step is already done.

What Arrows is reading

  • Gong · Discovery call, 38 min

“If this works for the Denver site, we’d want all four locations live before Q1.”

  • Gmail · Rachel Kim, VP Operations

“Can Al from IT join Thursday? He’ll ask about SSO.”

  • HubSpot · HubSpot deal

Al Diaz added to the deal as IT lead.

Your CRM knows what happened. Nobody knows what’s next.

The next step lives in a rep’s head, a sticky note or a field nobody updates. So deals go quiet without anyone deciding they should, and your leaders find out on Friday.

One playbook. A different plan for every deal.

Your playbook says how your best reps win. Arrows reads it against each deal, and writes the steps this buyer needs. A one-week sale gets three steps. A six-month enterprise deal gets the security review and the CFO.

Your playbook

  1. After discovery, send a recap with the next step and two times to meet.
  2. If only one person from the buyer has joined, find the economic buyer.
  3. When security comes up, send the SOC 2 report and answer the questionnaire.
  4. Before pricing, get the CFO into the conversation.
  5. If a deal goes quiet for 5 days, nudge the champion with a relevant story.

Deals don’t follow a script. The gameplan keeps up.

A buyer mentions a date in passing. A competitor books a demo. A thread goes cold. Arrows catches it, changes the plan and gets the work ready, before anyone has to ask.

Every step shows up with the work already done

A gameplan that only lists tasks is one more thing to do. Arrows does the work behind each step: the follow-up in your voice, the CRM update, the script for the call. Your rep reviews it and sends.

Hi Rachel, Thanks for walking me through the Denver site today. You said the goal is all four locations live before Q1, so I sketched what that looks like week by week (attached). Al is welcome Thursday. I added our SSO guide so he can skim it first. Does 10am or 2pm Thursday work for the walkthrough? Jordan

Stop asking reps what’s going on with a deal

Open the pipeline and every deal already answers: what happens next, when, and whether the work is ready. Pipeline review turns into strategy instead of status.

When a deal changes hands, the new rep opens it to its history, its next step and the work for it. Nothing has to be rebuilt from someone’s memory.

Questions teams ask

Where does the gameplan come from?

Your playbook and the deal itself. Arrows reads your CRM, calls and email for each deal and writes the steps that fit where it is now.

Does a rep have to ask Arrows to update it?

No. The plan changes as calls end, emails come in and the CRM changes. Reps can still tell Arrows anything it should know.

Does anything go to the buyer without my rep?

You choose. Internal work like CRM updates can run on its own. Anything a buyer would see can wait for a rep to approve it.

Does it replace our CRM?

No. Your CRM stays the record of what happened. The gameplan is what happens next, and Arrows writes approved updates back to the CRM.
