New Navigation Experience for Sales Rooms, Onboarding Plans, and Client Portals

We just rolled out a new navigation experience for Arrows sales rooms, onboarding plans, and client portals—bringing even more clarity, flexibility, and visibility for both your team and your customers. Here’s what’s new, and how to turn on the new banner.

We just rolled out a brand new navigation experience for sales rooms, onboarding plans, and client portals—and it’s designed to make life easier for both your team and your customers.

From consistent banners and smoother mobile views to quick switching between rooms, plans, and portals, this update helps your team move faster, stay organized, and deliver a more polished experience at every stage of the journey.

What you can do with the new navigation

Show a consistent banner across all your rooms, plans, and portals

Use a custom banner so your prospects and customers get a polished, branded experience from first touch to go-live.

Your team and customers can easily switch between rooms, plans, and portals

You’ll now see a quick menu to hop between the different plans and rooms in a portal.

Quickly add new rooms or plans to any portal

The new portal navigation makes it one click to add a new room or plan for a customer—perfect for expansion and cross-functional handoffs.

Highlight when a new plan or room has been added

If your team adds a new plan or room to a portal, Arrows will show a blinking dot and a “new” label until it’s opened by a customer.

Your team and customers can navigate tasks and track progress more easily

In onboarding plans, you (and your customers) can now jump between tasks with a click and follow their progress with a visual progress bar that updates in real-time. It’s clearer where they are and what’s left.

Improved mobile experience for your customers

Everything mentioned above is optimized for mobile too. That means a smoother and consistent experience for your customers across different devices.

  • Flexible branding options: use your default org-wide banner, or customize banners for specific templates when needed.
  • For teams juggling multiple accounts or handoffs—and therefore multiple rooms and plans—it’s a serious time-saver.

  • Clearer visibility into customer progress and easier navigation through tasks in onboarding plans

  • A polished, branded experience—your banner shows up across rooms, plans, and portals
  • Easy access to all the rooms and plans in one place, with helpful tabs to switch between them.
  • Helpful visual cues (like blinking dots and “new” tags) when something is added to a portal
  • Easy navigation between tasks and a clearer sense of progress within the plan.
  • An improved mobile view, so customers can complete tasks on the go or more easily visualize content on rooms.

How to turn the new banner on

If you're a new customer, banners are on by default. No action needed!

If you're an existing customer, here's how to enable the new banner experience:

  1. Head to Settings in your Arrows account.
  2. Click on the Branding tab.
  3. Upload a custom banner (recommended dimensions: 768x192).
  4. Scroll to “Show banner on” and toggle on:
    • Sales Rooms ✅
    • Onboarding Plans ✅
    • Portals ✅
  5. Click Save branding.

That's it! Your rooms, plans, and portals will now display a unified, branded banner.

💡Pro tip: You can still override banner settings on individual plans or rooms if needed—great if you run different product lines or white-label implementations.
