The Task page gives you and your team a centralized view of every task across your onboarding plans—making it easier to track progress, identify blockers, and take action.

Managing onboarding tasks across multiple plans takes coordination. The new Task page on Arrows makes it easier to see everything in one place, so your team can quickly track progress, identify blockers, and keep customers moving.

The new Task page gives you and your team a centralized view of every task, across every plan, phase, assignee, and due dates to quickly check progress, spot blockers and reassign work without clicking into multiple different plans.

Let’s walk through what’s new.

A better way to manage onboarding tasks

The new Task page gives managers a centralized view of all tasks across all plans—whether active or inactive. You’ll see a sortable table that includes:

  • Task name
  • Plan (links straight to the plan)
  • Phase (links straight to the phase)
  • Assignee
  • Created date (sortable)
  • Due date (sortable)

You can also complete or un-complete tasks directly from the list and use the ⚙️ gear icon on the top-right to show or hide specific columns according to your workflow.

New filters to focus on what matters

You can apply different filters to narrow your view:

  • Assignee – see tasks assigned to a specific person or by internal/external ownership
  • Due date – review tasks overdue, due within the next 7 days, or with no due date
  • Completion status – spot what’s still in progress or completed tasks
  • Locked/unlocked – see locked or unlocked tasks and focus on what’s currently actionable
  • Plan status – check work on active vs. inactive plans

The goal? Give you the insight to remove bottlenecks before they delay go-lives and stay on top of plans and tasks that need attention.

Use cases

Here’s how CS and onboarding managers are using the new Task page:

  • Internal task tracking: Filter only overdue internal tasks for active onboarding plans—then quickly reassign a few to unblock progress.
  • Team workload management: Use the Assignee filter weekly to review how tasks are distributed across reps, ensuring no one’s overloaded and nothing’s falling through the cracks.
  • Customer check-ins: Use the Task page to prep for 1:1s by filtering for all incomplete tasks across your book of business.

No extra setup required

If you're already using Arrows onboarding plans, the Task page is live in your account and available to all permission levels and plans.
