Here are the smaller changes we shipped in July to make Arrows more reliable and easier to use.
Your CRM data
- Failed syncs keep trying. If a CRM record doesn’t sync the first time, Arrows now keeps retrying it, so nothing quietly goes missing from a deal.
Talking to Arrows
- Arrows knows who you are. Arrows now knows which teammate is chatting with it, so it knows whose request it’s working on.
- Messages stay in order. Chat messages no longer show up out of order.
- Spoken updates send in full. When you use Ramble to talk through an update out loud, the send button now waits for the full transcript, so the end of what you said isn’t cut off.
The gameplan
- Selections behave. Selecting steps in your Deal Gameplan is more reliable, so the step you clicked is the one you see.
Deal overviews and sales rooms
- Sales rooms on mobile. Sales rooms look better on phones, where buyers often open them.
- No extra headers. Arrows no longer adds the sales room header to deal overviews and briefs, so each one reads as its own page.
- Edit is always there. The “Edit” button in sales rooms no longer hides before you get a chance to click it.
