Everything Arrows does starts with a model reading your deal and deciding what to do: planning the next step, writing the follow-up, building the brief, updating the CRM.

As of today, that model is Claude 5. We’ve moved Arrows from the Claude 4 family to the Claude 5 family.

What changes for you

Nothing in how you work. Your Agentic Playbooks, Deal Gameplans, Arrows spaces, and settings all stay the same. There’s nothing to turn on.

Arrows does the same jobs it did yesterday, on newer models.

Why we switched

Most of what Arrows does depends on reading a lot of deal history, like long email threads, call transcripts, and CRM notes, and then following your playbook closely. We want the newest models doing that work, so Arrows moves forward as the models do.

Getting started

There’s nothing to do. Open any space and keep working. If something Arrows writes doesn’t sound right, tell it in chat or update your playbook, the same as always.
