Gong captures the call. Arrows does the work after it.
Gong exports calls, meetings, and emails to HubSpot and Salesforce natively, as CRM activities with a link to the call and details such as its length and outcome. The transcript stays in Gong. A managed connector writes call summaries to Pipedrive. Arrows connects to Gong directly and drafts the follow-up and CRM updates from each call, for your rep to approve.
Book an agent kickoffWhat Gong sends to your CRM
Gong’s own sync, CRM by CRM, as its help center and partner listings describe it in October 2026.
| CRM | Connection | What shows up on the record | How it syncs |
|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | Native integration, both ways | Meetings and video calls as a Meeting, Call, or Note (your admin picks), and phone calls as Calls. Each has a link to the call in Gong, the attendees, Gong’s action items, and Gong’s brief, highlights, and outline. The transcript isn’t exported. | Automatic once a Gong tech admin sets it up. It can take up to six hours. Any Gong plan. |
| Salesforce | Native integration | Meetings and calls as tasks or events, and emails as tasks, as your admin configures. The transcript isn’t exported. | Automatic once a Gong tech admin sets it up. Any Gong plan. |
| Attio | Not listed (Oct 2026) | Not listed. | Not listed. |
| Pipedrive | CRM Connect for Pipedrive, a managed connector in Gong Collective | Gong call summaries, written back as Pipedrive activities. | Pipedrive data flows into Gong, and summaries flow back. |
| Close | Gong integration listed on close.com | Pulls Close phone call data into Gong for analysis. The listing doesn’t describe Gong writing back to Close. | Not detailed on the listing. |

Before you count on the Gong sync
Straight from the Gong help docs: the cases where a call misses the CRM, or gets there late or with less on it than you’d expect.
- A meeting invite has no outside attendee who matches a HubSpot record, or a Salesforce contact or lead.
- The call happened before the integration was set up. Only new activity exports to HubSpot.
- You need it on the record right away. Export to HubSpot can take up to six hours.
- You expect the transcript on the record. Gong exports a link to the call, not the transcript.
The sync logs the call. Arrows works the deal.
Getting the call into the CRM is the easy part now. Someone still has to write the follow-up, update the deal, and decide the next step. That’s the part Arrows does. It reads each Gong call alongside the deal’s emails and CRM record, and keeps a gameplan for every deal.
The follow-up
Drafted from what the buyer said on the call, with the next step and its date.
The CRM update
Field updates from the call, written back to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, or Close once the rep approves.
The gameplan
Built on your team’s playbook. Every call updates it, so the next step is decided before a rep opens the deal.
The rep’s approval
Your rep reads every draft first. Nothing goes anywhere until they approve it.
Keep Gong. At your agent kickoff, we connect it to Arrows directly, along with your CRM, email, and calendar. Then the agents start on your open deals.
Gong integration questions
Does Gong integrate with HubSpot?
Yes, on any Gong plan, once a Gong tech admin sets it up. The sync runs both ways: Gong imports HubSpot accounts, contacts, and deals, and exports calls, meetings, and emails back to HubSpot as activities, with a link to the call on calls and meetings. Export can take up to six hours, and the transcript isn’t included.
Does Gong integrate with Salesforce?
Yes, on any Gong plan, once a tech admin configures it. Gong exports meetings and calls to Salesforce as tasks or events, and emails as tasks. A meeting exports only when at least one outside attendee matches a Salesforce contact or lead. As with HubSpot, the transcript stays in Gong.
How does Gong connect to Arrows?
Directly, the same way Granola, Fathom, Grain, and Fireflies do. We set it up at your agent kickoff, along with your CRM, email, and calendar.
Does Arrows replace Gong?
No. Keep Gong for recording and call insight. Arrows takes it from there: it drafts the follow-up and CRM updates, and your rep approves each one before anything sends.
