Fireflies integration

Fireflies takes the notes. Arrows does the work after the call.

Fireflies lists native integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, and Close. After each meeting it logs the notes, summary, and action items on the matching CRM record. Arrows connects to Fireflies directly and drafts the follow-up and CRM updates from each call, for your rep to approve.

Before you count on the Fireflies sync

Straight from the Fireflies help docs: the cases where a call misses the CRM, or gets there late or with less on it than you’d expect.

  • The meeting happened before you connected HubSpot or Attio. New meetings sync on their own, and older ones have to be pushed.
  • You expect the full transcript in HubSpot or Salesforce on Fireflies’ Free plan. Saving it needs Pro or higher. HubSpot gets a link to the transcript instead.
  • Your Salesforce edition has no API access. Fireflies needs Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, or Developer.

The sync logs the call. Arrows works the deal.

Getting the call into the CRM is the easy part now. Someone still has to write the follow-up, update the deal, and decide the next step. That’s the part Arrows does. It reads each Fireflies call alongside the deal’s emails and CRM record, and keeps a gameplan for every deal.

  • The follow-up

Drafted from what the buyer said on the call, with the next step and its date.

  • The CRM update

Field updates from the call, written back to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, or Close once the rep approves.

  • The gameplan

Built on your team’s playbook. Every call updates it, so the next step is decided before a rep opens the deal.

  • The rep’s approval

Your rep reads every draft first. Nothing goes anywhere until they approve it.

Keep Fireflies. At your agent kickoff, we connect it to Arrows directly, along with your CRM, email, and calendar. Then the agents start on your open deals.

“Fireflies is a good choice for teams that want structured notes with clear next steps and stakeholder insights, but the lengthy overview could be more scannable.”

Fireflies integration questions

Does Fireflies integrate with HubSpot?

Yes. Fireflies logs each meeting on the matching HubSpot contacts, companies, or deals as a call and a note, with the summary, action items, and a link to the transcript. It syncs meetings recorded after you connect, and saving the full transcript in HubSpot needs Fireflies Pro or higher.

Does Fireflies integrate with Salesforce?

Yes. Fireflies adds notes under the matching contact, lead, opportunity, or account, and can create events and tasks. It needs a Salesforce edition with API access (Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, or Developer), and saving full transcripts needs a Fireflies Pro plan or higher.

How does Fireflies connect to Arrows?

Directly, the same way Gong, Fathom, Grain, and Granola do. We set it up at your agent kickoff, along with your CRM, email, and calendar.

Does Arrows replace Fireflies?

No. Keep Fireflies for the notes. Arrows takes it from there: it drafts the follow-up and CRM updates, and your rep approves each one before anything sends.
