Find open HubSpot deals with no recent sales room engagement

Buyer engagement is one of the clearest signals of deal health. If prospects stop visiting their sales room, it may mean they’ve lost momentum, need a nudge, or are no longer interested. Arrows syncs room activity directly into HubSpot so you can easily see which deals have gone quiet.
This report highlights all open deals where there hasn’t been a sales room view in the last 14 days, helping your sales team decide whether to re-engage or move on.

Step 1: Build a custom report
Start with a deal-based custom report so you can include Arrows activity properties.
- Go to Reports > Create custom report
- Choose Deals as the object
Step 2: Apply report filters
Limit the report to only include active deals with no recent engagement.
- Filter Deal stage to include your open deal stages
- Filter Arrows room last viewed to is more than 14 days ago
Step 3: Configure the table chart
A table view makes it easy to scan multiple deals and their activity details at once.
- Chart type: Table
- Columns: Deal name, Deal owner, Deal stage, Amount, Arrows room last viewed, Arrows room total views

What this report tells you
This report surfaces all open deals that haven’t had any sales room activity in the last two weeks. By looking at both the last viewed date and total views, you can tell whether a deal was once active and has gone cold, or if it never engaged at all. That context helps your sales team decide whether to send a reminder, create new urgency, or move the deal to closed lost.
