Today we’re launching the new Arrows, and I think it’s the best thing we’ve ever built.
The new Arrows is an agent-native platform for sales teams. It gives every deal a living gameplan built from your team’s sales playbook. Then it does the follow-through reps never have time for: follow-up emails in each rep’s own style, CRM updates, meeting prep, deal rooms, and the next steps that keep a deal moving. You connect your CRM, and Arrows gets to work.
The result is reps who spend their time selling instead of doing admin, and deals that don’t go quiet.
Every deal gets a gameplan, and Arrows gets it done.
A note for our existing customers
In July we emailed every one of our customers ahead of this launch, because we wanted you to hear about it from us first. If you missed that email, or you’re wondering what this means for your account, here’s what you need to know.
If you use onboarding plans or sales rooms, nothing you rely on changes.
- Your products keep working exactly as they do today. Same workflows, same HubSpot integration, same setup you’ve built.
- They’re fully supported. Bug fixes, reliability, and help from our team whenever you need it.
- There’s nothing you need to do. If it’s working for you, keep going.
Our new feature work is going into the new Arrows, and the onboarding and sales room products you use every day are staying just as they are. That’s the promise.
With that covered, back to the fun part: what we’ve been building, and why.
How we got here
It started with something we heard from sales teams over and over.
Reps are great at selling. They know how to read a room, build trust, and move a buyer toward yes. It’s the part of the job they love.
What wears them down is everything around the selling. The follow-up email after every call. Updating the CRM. Prepping for tomorrow’s meeting. Remembering what the buyer said three weeks ago. Building the deal room. Chasing next steps that quietly stall while everyone’s busy.
None of that is why anyone got into sales, but it all has to get done, and it eats a huge part of every rep’s week.
For years, the best software could do was track that work. You’d get another dashboard and another list of tasks to do by hand. Then AI got good enough that software could actually do the work.
We tried building it into what we had
Our first move was the obvious one. We started adding AI to our existing products.
It worked, sort of. We could add helpful features here and there. But it didn’t take long to see the limits. Those products were designed years ago for a world where people did all the work and software kept track of it. Every time we tried to go further, we ran into decisions that made sense back then and got in the way now.
Meanwhile, AI was moving incredibly fast. What was impossible in January was easy by March. We wanted to build at that pace, and we wanted to build the product we could actually picture: one where an agent does real work on real deals, not a chatbot bolted onto the side of an app.
We realized that product needed a fresh start.
So we started from scratch
This spring our product team started building the new Arrows from the ground up, with agents at the center from day one.
That decision changed everything. With no old architecture to work around, the team could move fast. Ideas that would have taken months in the old codebase shipped in days. We could try something with a pilot customer on Monday, learn from it, and have a better version in their hands by the end of the week.
That speed is a big part of what makes the new Arrows special. The customers using it now see new improvements every week, and that pace isn’t slowing down.
What it looks like day to day
Once your CRM is connected, Arrows works alongside every rep on every active deal:
- Follow-ups drafted in each rep’s own style, right after the call
- CRM updates that happen on their own, so your data stays accurate
- Meeting prep waiting before every call
- Deal rooms built and kept up to date for every buyer
- Next steps that keep moving, so nothing falls through the cracks
It’s like giving every rep a teammate who never forgets a detail and never lets a deal go quiet.
What our first customers are saying
We’ve been running the new Arrows with pilot teams on real deals, and the reactions have been incredible.
“This is the dream.”
“Nothing else keeps this front and center.”
“I already see the value.”
One sales leader put it simply: if Arrows helps each rep do a few times more than they do today, the cost is “pennies in comparison.”
That’s the goal. We’re not after slightly better emails or slightly faster CRM updates. We want every rep on your team to get meaningfully more done.
We’ve done this before
This isn’t the first time we’ve made a bold move. In 2022 we rebuilt Arrows around a deep HubSpot integration, and it became one of the fastest-growing apps in the HubSpot marketplace. HubSpot now uses Arrows to run its own global onboarding program.
Each time, the lesson has been the same: when the world changes, the best thing to do is commit fully to building what’s next.
We’re doing this from a strong, healthy position, with a business that lets us build the right way. Our existing customers are a big part of what makes that possible, and we’re going to keep taking great care of you.
Come take a look
If you lead a sales team, we’d love to show you the new Arrows. Book a demo and see what a gameplan for every deal looks like.
And if you’re an existing customer with questions, reply to any of our emails or write to help@arrows.to. It goes straight to me and the team.
Thanks for being part of the journey. This is just the beginning.
