Meet Triple Session

Triple Session was created to solve a challenge Matt Doyon faced firsthand. As a former HubSpot sales rep and the CRO of a SaaS company, Matt was leading a remote team of 120 people and needed better visibility into what was happening on sales calls. He wanted a way to capture insights from conversations and use them to coach reps, improve skills, and inform training at scale.

Existing tools could handle note-taking and call summaries, but they didn’t help him understand patterns or support rep development. So Matt and a teammate built a solution focused on coaching and performance.

Triple Session starts by identifying what sales leaders need to learn from their team's conversations. From there, it captures structured insights, applies scoring logic, syncs key data into HubSpot, and recommends targeted training based on each rep’s performance.
