Customers are still familiarizing themselves with your product or service during the onboarding phase, so it makes sense that you might want to share short training videos that will help them get up to speed quickly.
In this example, we're embedding a YouTube video into out Arrows task, but you can also use other video tools like Vimeo, Wistia, or Loom.
Note: unless it's an absolute requirement to watch a video as a part of the onboarding process, we recommend marking the task as "optional" so your customer has the opportunity to skip it if they already feel comfortable with the content.
