By visualizing rep-level performance in HubSpot, you can:

Here’s how to set it up:

Step 1: Create the Report in HubSpot

  1. Go to Reports > Reports > Create Report.
  2. Select the Custom Report Builder.
  3. Choose Tickets as your primary data source.

Step 2: Apply Filters

To focus on onboarding tickets that are closed:

  • Pipeline: Onboarding (or your relevant pipeline).
  • Arrows Plan Status: Failed or Complete.

These filters ensure the report only includes tickets that have reached a final status.

Step 3: Configure the Bar Chart

  1. Chart Type: Select the Vertical Bar chart.
  2. X-Axis: Ticket Owner (or the property you use to track reps).
  3. Break Down By: Arrows Plan Status (Complete, Failed).
  4. Y-Axis: Count of Tickets.
