Here’s how to set it up:
Step 1: Create the Report in HubSpot
Go to Reports > Reports > Create Report.
Select the Custom Report Builder.
Choose Tickets as your primary data source.
Step 2: Apply Filters
To focus on onboarding tickets that are closed:
Pipeline: Onboarding (or your relevant pipeline).
Arrows Plan Status: Failed or Complete.
These filters ensure the report only includes tickets that have reached a final status.
Step 3: Configure the Bar Chart
Chart Type: Select the Vertical Bar chart.
X-Axis: Ticket Owner (or the property you use to track reps).
Break Down By: Arrows Plan Status (Complete, Failed).
Y-Axis: Count of Tickets.
