If you’re using Arrows for onboarding, you can automatically create and sync the Arrows Plan Status property in HubSpot to make tracking even easier. Here’s how to sync properties with Arrows.

How to Set Up the Report in HubSpot

Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to get you up and running:

1. Create a Custom Report in HubSpot

  • Go to Reports > Reports > Create Report in HubSpot.
  • Select Custom Report Builder.

(Note: In this example, we’re using tickets for onboarding, but you can adapt this to whatever object you use for onboarding.)

2. Filter Your Report

  • Under Filters, set your data to only show records in your onboarding pipeline.
    • Example filter: Pipeline = Onboarding Pipeline

3. Configure Your Report

  • Chart Type: Select the Vertical Bar chart.
  • X-Axis:
    • Choose Create date.
    • Set the frequency to Monthly.
  • Y-Axis:
    • Choose Count of tickets (or your chosen object).
  • Break Down By:
    • Select Arrows Plan Status

4. Save and Add the Report to Your Dashboard

  • Give the report a clear name, like Onboarding by Status & Start Month.
  • Add it to your onboarding dashboard for easy access.

What You’ll See in the Report

Your report will show a bar chart with:

  • Months along the X-axis (when onboarding plans were started).
  • Count of onboarding plans on the Y-axis.
  • Bars broken down by Arrows Plan Status (Active, Complete, Failed).

This makes it easy to:

  • Monitor how many onboarding plans are started each month.
  • Track progress and identify patterns in successful vs. failed plans.
