Steal this HubSpot property setup to track critical renewal data that's need to automate and report on your renewals process
Managing renewals in HubSpot requires specific properties to be set up which will in turn allow you to create the necessary workflows and reports to automate your process.
Since you'll likely want to set up a full renewals pipeline in HubSpot, we'll also create a separate deal property group to organize all the renewal-specific properties.
We'll use these properties to set up all the other reports and workflows needed to build out your renewals process in HubSpot.
To get here, go to Settings > Data Management > Properties > Deal properties
Inside the deal property page, click on Groups > Create group
➜ Make sure to add each property to the Renewal Management property group we just set up in step 2
