Email templates for introducing customers to Arrows

Ok, you’ve created your first template, you’ve added your first customer and you are ready to send your first Arrows’ plan out into the world. Now what? Here are a few different templates you can use to introduce your plan and get your customers set up for success!

Simply update the suggested information in the brackets, link your respective Arrows plan (don’t forget to invite your participants!) and give yourself a pat on the back. Oh, and feel free to edit or update any of the copy you want, we won’t be offended.

Once your customer has accepted their invite, Arrows can do its job to move your customers through these critical steps of your process.

Template 1 – onboarding

Hello [customer name]!

I’m [your name] and I’ll be here to help you get set up to use [insert your product or company name here].

I want to make sure you are set up for success and have visibility into every step of the way so I’ve created a plan for us to follow. You can access it here: [onboarding plan for ABC]

In this plan, you’ll find due dates for upcoming tasks, the ability to mark tasks as completed, and a comments section in case we need to communicate any additional information. Don’t worry, we’ll also send friendly reminders in case anything gets missed along the way.

To get started, simply:

  1. click into the plan linked above
  2. enter your email address
  3. and follow the “magic link” you receive shortly after you enter your email address

Once you are in, let’s get started!

Template 2 – onboarding

In this plan, you’ll find:

  2. the ability to communicate the status of your tasks
  3. a comments section in case we need to communicate any additional information
  4. and friendly reminders in case any steps get missed along the way

To get started, simply click into the plan above, enter your email, and lookout for an email to grant you access. Once you are in, let’s get started!
